Dr. James LeFever, DC

NUCCA Chiropractic Physician

Integrative Health Director

Dr. James LeFever grew up in Temple, TX, deep in the heart of Texas! He graduated from Temple College with an Associate in Arts and went on to study at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX. There he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic, Bachelors of Science in Anatomy, and Bachelors of Health and Wellness. He attended his first chiropractic seminar in Las Vegas, NV, where he also met his future wife, Rita. After graduating, he moved to the Las Vegas area and began helping others through chiropractic, nutrition and wellness education.

Dr. LeFever had knowledge of many chiropractic techniques and was uncertain of which technique to utilize for his guests. He worked with other chiropractors in the area and soon realized NUCCA, National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association, was the most gentle, precise, and specific technique for his future guests. Dr. LeFever is now a proficient NUCCA Doctor and is grateful to offer one of the best techniques in the profession of chiropractic. He also utilizes SOT, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Activator, Extremity Adjusting protocols and more. Since 2008, he has helped thousands of people in Las Vegas, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City and surrounding communities. Not only have locals benefited from Dr. LeFever, he has frequently served guests from Utah, California, Arizona, Canada and others that visit for medical tourism. In 2014, Dr. LeFever established Align Your Spine Chiropractic Wellness Center to help various health conditions utilizing Chiropractic and Massage Therapy. In 2015, Dr. LeFever’s wife was diagnosed with Stage IIIa Breast Cancer at the age of 34. With 2 children and a growing wellness center, they needed to do everything possible to support Rita’s recovery process. Functional and Regenerative Medicine were needed to help support Rita’s efforts to beat cancer and thrive. After consulting and receiving care from multiple providers out of state and out of country, Dr. LeFever and Rita decided the care she received needed to be offered at their wellness center. ALIGNOLOGY was then established in 2017 to carry on services offered at Align Your Spine, to advance their vision of care for their family and everyone they help. Dr. LeFever continues to thrive with his education and training by attending multiple seminars throughout the year with over 500 hours of postgraduate education and training. His lifelong vision is to create public awareness for people about the importance of what taking care of your health really means.

Dr. LeFever and Rita now have 3 amazing kids and Liam, Mila and Jaci keep us on our toes daily! Dr. LeFever’s hobbies include: weight-training, jet-skiing, quad-riding, snowboarding, traveling, and more. Most of all, he enjoys all of his hobbies and free time with his family and friends.

What Health means to Dr. LeFever: Dr. LeFever must be healthy to lead his family and others to live to their highest potential. Health comes before Wealth in the dictionary for a reason because without your Health, Wealth is obsolete.

Prior to moving to Las Vegas eight years ago, Ashley studied as a music performance major, her primary instrument was viola at Northern Arizona University.  After developing chronic pain, her degree was cut short and she quickly found a passion for healthcare.  Regular massage was a significant aspect of her recovery from injury.  She began work as an assistant manager at Massage Envy while completing her certification as a medical billing specialist. Ashley worked as a medical billing manager for five years before deciding she wanted a more hands on approach to helping people.  She returned to her love and appreciation of massage therapy, completing school with Northwest Career College in Las Vegas.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys being active with her dog, training for half marathons, reading and continuing education as a massage therapist and group fitness instructor.
